Flora Europaea perennial, H saxicole, subalpine-alpine alpine western Palearctic Papavero-Thymion pulcherrimi, Seslerietalia R36 habitats and the subalpine R31 ones quite widespread in the Romanian Carpathians, with the remarkable exception of the Apuseni Mountains R36, R63 habitats       A very common subalpine-alpine species from the Oriental and Meridional Carpathians, with constant qualitative characters but with populations having individuals of quite variable size.
